JOB POSTING

Senior Solutions Architect

Before You Apply

Denamico is a HubSpot consultancy that operates at the upmarket end of the ecosystem: enterprise-scale CRM architectures, complex integrations, and multi-phase implementations for franchise businesses with 50+ locations. The problems our clients bring us don’t have simple answers, and the people who solve them here grow faster in 18 months than most do in 5 years elsewhere.

We’re building an AI-forward delivery team with an entrepreneurial mindset. That means we don’t just bill hours, we build reusable IP and use AI to accelerate how we design, prototype, and deliver outcomes for our customers and our team. If you want to shape how a modern consultancy operates, not just execute within one, keep reading.

Why This Work Matters

Our clients are the entrepreneurial backbone of the American economy: service-based businesses creating jobs and driving growth in communities across the country. We build the revenue operations systems that help them scale: the data architecture, CRM strategy, and integrations that fundamentally change how they grow. When we get it right, operators open more locations, hire more people, and build stronger businesses. You feel that in this work every day.

We've doubled down on this vertical intentionally. It's relationship-driven and entrepreneurial, the community is tight-knit, and our focus means our team builds deep expertise that makes every client engagement better than the last.

The Role

You translate a client’s business goals into systems that actually work at scale. You sit inside a delivery pod alongside an Implementation Manager and a HubSpot Consultant. As the Senior Solutions Architect, you own the technical architecture and solution design; your partners own project management and platform execution. Together, you deliver outcomes none of you could achieve alone, and that structure is how we make our delivery metrics achievable, not aspirational.

You’ll regularly work alongside clients’ internal dev teams, Sr. IT leadership, ERP vendors, and other systems integrators. The ability to work credibly in environments where you don’t control everything but still need to deliver is central to this role.

What You’ll Own

This role is defined by the outcomes you're accountable for, not the tasks you execute. Three areas of ownership:

  • Solution design. Translate client goals into phased implementation plans with clear, measurable objectives. Architect for longevity; a system that needs rebuilding in six months isn’t a win. Document decisions so your pod, the client, and anyone who follows can understand and maintain what was built.

  • Technical delivery.  Lead technical execution within your pod. When engagements involve external developers or vendors, navigate those contexts and keep the integration on track regardless of what’s happening on the other side of the stack.

  • Knowledge transfer. Deliver training that sticks. A client who understands their system is a client who stays and a client who grows with us.

The Metrics That Matter

  • Clients want to continue working with us
  • Projects delivered on time, on scope, and on budget
  • Personal utilization rate of 80%+
  • Implementations hold up without rework

How You Work

High-agency people don't wait for a fully defined playbook before moving. They anticipate what's needed, act on it, and adapt when things change. Here's how that shows up in this role:

  • You design for scale, not just for delivery. You're not satisfied with a system that works today if you know it won't hold up six months from now. Getting it right the first time is a point of professional pride.
  • You think in outcomes, not tasks. You measure success by the quality and durability of what you’ve delivered, not the effort it took.
  • You act without being prompted. You see a gap, you address it. You notice a risk, you raise it before it becomes a problem.
  • You’re comfortable in ambiguity. Competing priorities and incomplete information don’t paralyze you, they’re just the operating environment.
  • You communicate directly when something drifts: scope, dependencies, expectations.
  • You use AI to multiply your output, prototyping integrations, accelerating documentation, validating designs. You have opinions about what’s worth using, and you bring that mindset to your work.

Experience You Bring

Required

  • 5+ years managing and leading multiple concurrent and complex CRM implementations and integrations (HubSpot experience required; deep Salesforce, Dynamics, Marketo expertise is a legitimate foundation)
  • 3+ years in professional services or consulting
  • Strong foundation in data migrations and integrations, CRM architecture, and large-scale organizational setup
  • Track record of working across technical teams you don’t directly control: client developers, vendors, and other integrators
  • Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Fully self-directed, with the judgment to manage your own priorities and meet commitments

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Node.js, AWS, or API integrations
  • Experience in both agile and waterfall environments
  • Background with multi-location or franchise operators
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Moving Denamico Forward

This isn’t just a delivery role. Denamico’s pay-for-performance framework includes a variable bonus tied to three pillars: Delivery Excellence, Client Success, and Moving Denamico Forward. That third pillar compensates you for building IP, developing accelerators, supporting pre-sales, improving processes, mentoring teammates, and earning certifications, the work that compounds over time and makes the company better. It’s a compensation model uncommon in this industry, built for people who think like owners.

Who Thrives Here

We are an outcome-focused team of builders who value continuous iteration. You must be high-agency, proactive, and self-directed, comfortable filling gaps without a full playbook. Success is measured by your impact and results, requiring resilience and adaptability as things shift. If you need explicit direction for every decision, this isn't the right fit. If you're energized by technically complex problems and design systems to last, you'll feel at home.

The Deal

Compensation is $110,000–$150,000 depending on experience, plus variable bonus and full benefits. Twin Cities hybrid members receive company-paid parking or transit. PTO, paid holidays, and flexible scheduling. North Loop office available for hybrid; remote open to US-based candidates working CST hours.

We’re at a stage where the people who show up with a builder’s mindset have a genuine say in where this company goes. Less predictability, more growth. Less routine, more learning. Less comfort, more capability. We're a team of builders with high standards and a genuine belief that "done" is just the beginning. We move fast, we iterate deliberately, and we hold ourselves accountable to outcomes, not effort.

Core Values

Our core values aren't wall art. They're how we make decisions.

Lead the Change. We bring innovative solutions to the table. We believe in the importance of having difficult conversations. We believe in staying ahead of change, taking educated risks, and paving the way for new roads to the future.

Learn With Purpose. We listen to and learn from others. We believe in being self-directed and proactively learning to solve challenges as they evolve. We believe in a growth mindset for ourselves and each other.

Make Things Happen. We take the initiative to move forward as change occurs. We’re willing to have hard conversations. That’s who we are. And there is a way to push the envelope while maintaining respect, humility, and transparency.

Be Better Together. We value and benefit from diversity, vulnerability, and everyone’s unique ability and perspective. We believe business is a team activity and that we do better work, are more innovative, and the journey is more meaningful when we’re on it together.

To Apply

In lieu of a cover letter, please respond to the following questions in the Cover Letter box and include a link to your LinkedIn profile.

  • Describe a complex HubSpot implementation or integration you've led. What made it hard, and how did you know the architecture would hold?
  • Describe a time your role or project changed significantly mid-stream. What did you do, and what was the outcome?
  • Describe a time you worked as part of a delivery team, not as the sole owner. How did you contribute, and how did the team dynamic affect the outcome?
  • What's the last thing you learned on your own, not for a job, but because you were curious?

We screen for proof, not personality. The best answer is a specific example with a real outcome.
