JOB POSTING
Senior Solutions Architect
Read This Before You Apply
At Denamico, the work is complex by the nature of the clients we serve. We’re a HubSpot consultancy that operates at the upmarket end of the ecosystem – the integrations, the enterprise-scale CRM architectures, the multi-phase implementations that require real technical depth to get right. Our clients’ businesses are sophisticated, their tech stacks are layered, and the problems they bring us don’t have simple answers.
We’re looking for people who want to build something, not just bill hours. Our team learns by doing, improves by iterating, and takes ownership of outcomes – not just tasks. If you’re someone who finds a complex, messy system genuinely interesting and can’t help but build it better than the spec required, keep reading.
What you give up in predictability at a company like Denamico, you gain back in learning, exposure, and the satisfaction of doing technically demanding work that actually matters. The right person here will grow faster in 18 months than most people do in 5 years elsewhere.
Why This Work Matters
We work with service-based franchise businesses with 50+ locations. These companies are part of the entrepreneurial backbone of the American economy – the businesses that create the majority of new jobs and drive growth in communities across the country.
For these businesses, scaling is everything. We build their revenue operations systems with HubSpot as the engine: data architecture, CRM strategy, integrations, and multi-phase implementations that fundamentally change how they grow. When we get it right, franchise operators open more locations, hire more people, build stronger businesses, and deepen their impact in their communities. You feel that in this work every day.
We’ve doubled down on this vertical intentionally. It’s relationship-driven and entrepreneurial, the community is tight-knit, and our focus means our team builds deep expertise that makes every client engagement better than the last.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Solutions Architect to deliver complex HubSpot implementations and integrations for our franchise vertical clients. This role sits at the intersection of technical depth and client partnership – you’re the person who translates a client’s business goals into a system that actually works, and works at scale.
This is not a solo role. You’ll work inside a delivery pod alongside an Implementation Manager and a HubSpot Consultant. The pod model exists so everyone operates in their zone of expertise and supports each other. You own the technical architecture and solution design. Your pod partners own the project management and platform execution. Collectively, you deliver outcomes that none of you could deliver as well alone – and that structure is also how we make our delivery metrics achievable, not just aspirational.
Because our clients are running sophisticated operations, you’ll also regularly work alongside their internal development teams and third-party partners – other systems integrators and vendors who own the non-HubSpot pieces of the stack. The ability to work credibly in that kind of multi-party technical environment, where you don’t control everything but still need to deliver, is central to this role.
What makes this role distinct isn’t just whether the implementation gets done – it’s whether it gets done in a way that’s scalable and doesn’t require rework. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to, and it’s the standard clients expect from a partner operating at this level.
Your days will look like this: Monday morning, you’re working through an integration design with a client’s internal dev team and their ERP vendor, aligning on how data flows between systems before anything gets built. Tuesday, you’re in a pod check-in, aligning with your Implementation Manager on a client mid-build to make sure the architecture decisions you made in scoping are holding up. Wednesday, a prospect with a complex multi-system environment needs a technical conversation – you join the sales call to ask the right questions and validate that HubSpot is the right fit. Thursday, you’re delivering technical training to a client’s internal team so they can actually own what you built. Friday, you’re doing a QA pass on an implementation before it goes in front of the client – because your name is on it, and you don’t ship work you wouldn’t be proud to show.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll work alongside an incredibly talented team of smart, collaborative, growth-minded HubSpot experts who know how to create real value for clients. Your pod – including an Implementation Manager and a HubSpot Consultant – will be your closest collaborators on every engagement, and the team takes real pride in the quality of what gets built together.
You’ll also work directly with senior leadership, who are deeply invested in your success and in building something worth being proud of. And because our clients are running sophisticated, multi-system operations, you’ll regularly engage with their internal developers and third-party partners – which means the technical conversations here are genuinely interesting.
We’re a technology-forward company working at the intersection of CRM strategy and business growth. If you want to be at the forefront of where the industry is going, this is a team that will challenge and inspire you.
What You’ll Own
-
Solution design You translate client goals into phased implementation plans with clear, measurable objectives. You architect CRM systems for scale, not just for today – because a system that requires rework six months later isn’t a win. You document what you build so the client’s team, your pod, and anyone who comes after you can understand it.
-
Technical delivery You lead the technical execution within your pod, troubleshoot what’s broken, and build solutions that hold. You QA everything before it goes to the client. When the engagement involves external developers or third-party partners, you work alongside them – navigating different technical contexts and keeping the HubSpot integration on track regardless of what’s happening on the other side of the stack.
-
Knowledge transfer You deliver technical training to clients and internally. You care whether the knowledge sticks, because a client who understands their system is a client who stays.
The Metrics That Matter
- Clients want to continue working with us
- Projects delivered on time, on scope, and on budget
- Personal utilization rate of 80%+
- Zero rework attributable to poor solution design
How You Work
- You design for scale, not just for delivery. You’re not satisfied with a system that works today if you know it won’t hold up six months from now. Getting it right the first time is a point of professional pride.
- You work well inside a team without losing your sense of ownership. The pod model means you’re not carrying everything alone – but you also don’t wait for someone else to catch what you missed.
- You’re comfortable in ambiguity. Multi-party technical environments with client developers, third-party vendors, and competing priorities don’t overwhelm you. You find a way to keep things moving.
- You communicate early and directly when something starts to drift – a scope assumption that isn’t holding, a technical dependency that’s at risk, an expectation that needs resetting. You don’t wait until it’s a problem.
- You’re curious about technology and actively use it to improve your work. You experiment, you have opinions about tools, and you bring that mindset to everything you do.
- You take knowledge transfer seriously. A client who doesn’t understand what you built is a client who can’t own it – and that’s not a win.
Experience You Bring
Required
- 5+ years of hands-on experience leading complex CRM implementations and integrations – HubSpot experience is a strong advantage, but deep expertise in Salesforce, Dynamics, Marketo, or a comparable platform is a legitimate foundation
- 5+ years managing multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment
- 3+ years in professional services or consulting
- Demonstrated track record of delivering inside a structured framework – waterfall, hybrid, or both
- Strong foundation in data migrations, CRM architecture, and large-scale organizational setup
- Experience working in multi-party technical environments – client developers, third-party vendors, and other integrators in the mix
- Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
- Fully self-directed, with the judgment to manage your own priorities and meet your commitments
Nice to have
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Node.js, AWS, or API integrations
- Experience in both agile and waterfall environments
- Background with multi-location or franchise operators
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

By Month Six
- You’re leading solution design on active projects independently

Who Thrives Here
We’re a team of builders with high standards and a genuine belief that “done” is just the beginning. We move fast, we iterate deliberately, and we hold ourselves accountable to outcomes – not effort. If you need a fully defined playbook handed to you before you can move, this probably isn’t the right fit.
But if you’re someone who designs systems to last, finds satisfaction in getting it right the first time, and is energized by technically complex problems in a collaborative environment, you’ll feel at home here.
Our core values aren’t wall art – they’re how we make decisions: Lead the Change. Learn with Purpose. Make Things Happen. Be Better Together.
Core Values
As a member of the Denamico team, you will be expected to honor our core values:
Lead the Change. We bring innovative solutions to the table. We believe in the importance of having difficult conversations. We believe in staying ahead of change, taking educated risks, and paving the way for new roads to the future.
Learn With Purpose. We listen to and learn from others. We believe in being self-directed and proactively learning to solve challenges as they evolve. We believe in a growth mindset for ourselves and each other.
Make Things Happen. We take the initiative to move forward as change occurs. We’re willing to have hard conversations. That’s who we are. And there is a way to push the envelope while maintaining respect, humility, and transparency.
Be Better Together. We value and benefit from diversity, vulnerability, and everyone’s unique ability and perspective. We believe business is a team activity and that we do better work, are more innovative, and the journey is more meaningful when we’re on it together.
The Deal
The trade we’re offering is real: less predictability, more growth. Less routine, more learning. Less comfort, more capability.
For the right person, there’s also something bigger here than client delivery. We’re investing in our own capabilities as a company – building expertise, developing new ways to serve this industry, and thinking beyond the engagement model. If you’re someone who wants to feel your impact not just in the work you deliver for clients, but in the direction of the business itself, that opportunity is real here. We’re at a stage where the people who show up with that mindset have a genuine say in where we go.
We’re building deep expertise in revenue operations for franchise businesses – a vertical with real complexity and real scale – and we’re doing it as a technology-forward team that takes professional development seriously. Everyone here is actively working on how they get better. That’s not a perk; it’s just how we operate.
Compensation is $110,000 to $150,000 depending on experience, plus bonus and full benefits. Twin Cities hybrid team members receive company-paid parking or transit. We offer PTO, paid holidays, and flexible scheduling. The North Loop office is available for hybrid team members in the Twin Cities, and the remote role is open to US-based only candidates working CST hours.
