Sunspace Twin Cities offers luxury porch windows for homeowners and contractors in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. Committed to inbound marketing, Sunspace Twin Cities made the decision to leverage HubSpot for their digital marketing efforts.

That being said, they have a business to focus on. Their time is best spent having conversations with leads, closing sales, and delighting customers rather than working on a website and creating new content after-hours.

Sunspace decided to work with Denamico to update their site, improve conversion rates, and automate parts of the sales cycle.

After an initial audit of the website for Sunspace Twin Cities, our web development team decided to start from scratch rather than update the existing site. It was a bold decision given the four-week timeframe for completion prior to a large trade show event.

Our team delivered a highly visual and conversion-based site before the big show. Sunspace Twin Cities was able to direct offline traffic into their inbound machine with confidence – and the new site’s look and feel now reflects the luxury their products provide.

In the first month after launch, the contact conversion rate for Sunspace Twin Cities jumped more than 1.5%.

Making the Website Work Harder

In addition to improving engagement on the website by focusing on primary products, our strategic decision to segment visitors into two paths also allowed us to provide persona-specific information to homeowners and contractors. These customers have different paths to purchase, varying questions they’d like answered, and generally use different terms while searching for construction products.

With a major website overhaul in the rearview mirror, we are now focused on driving new traffic through blogging, generating online leads using premium content offers, and nurturing those leads into requesting a quote using email workflows and an online form.

This allows the sales team at Sunspace Twin Cities to qualify leads fast, contact them immediately, and follow up with a quote for their project faster and more efficiently. Comparing Q2 data between 2018 and 2017, Sunspace saw an increase of 113% in new contacts as well as a 34% increase in website traffic.
