We ask that you attend four or five meetings to help us get to know you and your business, explain our process, and answer any questions you may have.
The Kickoff Meeting
We ask you to bring any team members who you plan to have working on inbound marketing related activities. We’ll give an inbound marketing overview, explain what the Blueprint is all about, ask for your participation, and set-up next steps. We’ll give you a checklist of any existing marketing research, data, assets, etc., and ask you to send them to us so we can have as much context as possible before building your strategy.
A goal setting & planning exercise may be done in conjunction with the kick-off meeting, or in addition to it.
The Buyer Persona Meeting
After we have a chance to review your action steps, we’ll likely have some questions you can answer to help us complete your buyer persona profile and map content to the buyer’s journey. This meeting is an opportunity to fill in any gaps we need to complete your Blueprint.
The Blueprint Presentation
At this meeting, we’ll present our findings and explain our detailed plan to help you launch three inbound marketing campaigns in 90 days. We’ll hand off your action plan which will contain step-by-step instructions on how to get these campaigns up and running successfully.
Follow-up and Q&A
We know you will probably have questions after you receive your Blueprint, and this follow-up meeting gives all of us a chance to regroup, revisit any refinements we may need to make, and make sure we're clear on next steps.
The Inbound Marketing Blueprint takes 4-6 weeks to create, the cost starts at $15k and goes up depending on the complexity of your offering and how much market research we need to do to have a well-defined buyer persona and buyer journey map.
