Denamico is seeking an EOS® Integrator/Chief of Staff to be responsible for leading, managing and orchestrating the leadership team to successfully achieve our established business plan.

Our Integrator/Chief of Staff works closely with our Visionaries and Leadership Team to take big ideas and translate them into functional plans for our Company.

The primary focus for our Integrator/Chief of Staff is to set the bar for accountability and track progress across all business disciplines.  You’ll be part of the Leadership Team as well as a coach to all employees.

  • Professional services provided are both project-based and retainer relationships
  • Technology & SaaS, Manufacturing, and high-growth EOS businesses



  • Oversee daily operations and make adjustments as necessary, ensuring the organization is consistently “on the same page”
  • Execute the business plan, achieving or exceeding established P&L objectives
  • Work closely with our Visionaries to take concepts and convert them into scalable, executable models
  • Develop comprehensive goals for performance and growth strategies
  • Effectively resolve issues - must be comfortable with conflict, addressing issues, and solving problems in a practical and healthy manner
  • Lead, manage and hold direct reports accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments
  • Work with employees in the creation and execution of their professional development plans
  • Consistently demonstrate a passion for our values, alignment, focus, simplicity, and clarity across the organization




  • Leadership- Mental horsepower to lead cross-functionally in the business
  • Finance – oversight of accounting and financial statements, spreadsheet model for firm growth and resource planning
  • Analysis – data-driven decision-making
  • Operations –optimization of staff productivity and management of capacity
  • Previous experience growing and scaling a professional services company (ie from $1M to $5M in revenue)
  • Sound knowledge of the Entrepreneurial Operating System®



  • Collaborate with co-owners on general policy and process, and able to identify and implement processes for operational effectiveness and efficiencies
  • Work on-site at denamico  – critically important for staff interaction
  • Interact easily, yet effectively with bright, tech savvy,  mostly millennial, and mostly female staff
  • Be a GSDer – Get Stuff Done, with quality, while improving process and capacity, and client satisfaction
